Arranging a visit

Contact Zachary by phone or text to arrange an in-person appointment. He needs your contact details, the meeting location, the type of notarial service and a convenient time. A proposed time is not confirmed until he agrees with you. Do not send Social Security numbers, ID photos or confidential document contents by text.

Document preparation and printing

The preparation checklists are general guidance. The document issuer or recipient determines its requirements. Zachary cannot provide legal advice or select a legal document for you. If you need printing, arrange the file transfer, format and any cost directly with him first. Online document uploads are not available.

Travel and pricing

Travel uses one-way driving distance from central Toppenish. Zachary confirms the destination, travel charge and notarial acts before you agree. Travel fees are separate from notarial fees and are not required by law. No payment is collected through this website.

Website operation

The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. The hosting services may process standard connection and security information to deliver the pages. We do not request your device location or use advertising trackers on this site. Calls and texts use your phone service and its usual charges.
